We continue to be happy with Supercuts. You need to make an appointment online and have a bit of flexibility and you will be fine. If you are expecting to walk in and get a chair, you probably need to adjust expectations. Once you are in the chair, they do listen and do a good job with the haircuts. Nothing fancy, it works, and drive on. Not a bad experience.

I have a good experience everytime I go to get my hair cut. The stylists know what they're doing and get right down to business. If I make an appointment on line, I've never had to wait

Needed a haircut and Tika took care of me. I was a walk in, didn’t have to wait. Got an amazing haircut and Tika has some skills with the razor! Only getting me haircuts with Tika.
