Got my son in quick for a haircut that was done in 30 minutes but easily could have taken an hour with his textured hair. He felt very comfortable and wants to go back. Another customer had a son who was autistic and they treated him very kindly and with respect. Truthfully we were headed to a barber shop but it closed early for Labor Day. Very impressed and nice to know you can still trust a chain salon to do great work ?Services: Haircut

I was at the one across the street from Chesapeake Sq. Mall.They would not honor the $4 discount I have gave them on my cell phone. I am 75 and I showed it to them . They said they couldn't bring it up on the computer so they would NOT give it to me.I have short hair, not below my ears, a wash and cut was $35.My attendant was quiet angry personality. I continued to be overly sensitive to her but she remained very unpleasant.I WON'T go back there again.My last appointment was $25. , what a price hike,, and I was treated well.This bad experience was by the hairdresser "Jennifer " she was in her 30's large build, with brown hair.I think she had another crazy color in her...read full review
