I don't go around giving out 5 Star reviews to just any company, but then again Shane's Services isn't your standard HVAC company. My system failed Saturday morning and I decided to call Monday hoping they'd get someone out this week. I called at 8:05 am and by 9:10am service techs were at my home ready to get my heat working. These techs (Cedric and his assistant) were polite, informative, extremely compassionate and beyond efficient. I live alone and often get scared to call repair services worried I will be taken advantage of or looked at like I can't take care of my home.
