I had an okay experience. Initially was trying to price gauge me on a Miami Cuban chain 10k semi hollow. Priced me at $1,080.00 for a 3.5mm 18inch chain initially . I asked for it to be cut to 17 inches. I came in on Tuesday Afternoon around 4:30pm. I called the very next day at 12:00pm when they opened . He had already cut the chain.I put down a deposit for the Miami chain and Letter “A”diamond pendant ( which was not in the store at the time of deposit). That very night I was able to find the chain cheaper at Zales 4.5mm which was bigger on clearance ( same exact chain but bigger). They have poor customer service he was rude not pleasant at all would even look me in my face I will never go there again. No he was not with a customer he wasn't on the phone hr looked at me and didn't turn around. I asked him about earrings, and fronts and he was rude, and Nasty. He made me feel like I couldn't afford anything in there.

Purchased a gold rope in July. Unraveled and snapped on August 1st. Had fixed for $21. Unraveled and snapped again on August 23rd. Fix again for $21. Was putting on this morning. Snapped again. Went to store this afternoon to see if there is anything they can do. Was told for my convenience, they can repair it for only $25. THEY SELL JUNK!! Now that you've been warned, if you buy from them, you get what you deserve.
