This is the first time I've been to the store, since 2011. It has improved a lot, since my last visit. I was greatly impressed by the quick service times, and the friendly staff. Thanks to Monique (The Queen Bee), I had a very enjoyable experience. My time here was pleasant, all because of her. She is friendly, professional, considerate, knowledgeable and has charm (and she is very beautiful, as well). I will be asking for her, from now on. She has made me into a regular at Great Clips.

Angie and Shelby always cut our hair. They do a perfect job but they are also friendly. They remember things about us which makes us feel like more than the next person on the schedule.
