I have used Red Handed infrequently, as i live in another town. Went in today with my daughter for gel pedi. I wasnt aware there is a $20 upcharge for gel on top of the $38 classic pedi price. For the money this was a very minimal service. The stone massage was about 15 seconds with a lukewarm rock, plus a brief salt scrub, two coats plus top coat but a very basic pedi and not worth $60. I did not leave a tip. Wont be anxious for their pedi again.

Finally found my nail salon after moving back to Cville!Almost feel guilty having this gel mani redone after more than three weeks of it lasting and looking amazing!High quality. Good experience. Knowledgeable nail techs. Will return!

Disappointing. I’ve been going here for pedicures for years and my last few times have been disappointing. Rushed and painful is how my pedicures have gone . Today was the last straw as the customer service was awful! I was dismissed/ignored 3 times as I asked about the rewards program (punch card). Silly, really. They refused to punch the card 3 times for the 3 pedicures I paid for. For me, this was more about customer service than about the punches! Unfortunately I won’t be returning or taking my daughters, or friends, in the future.
