I had a great experience here! I had my first Brazilian wax done with Jessi and it went as well as a wax possibly could. She was so patient and communicative throughout the whole process which was extremely helpful for soothing nerves and relaxing -- not to ignore the fact that she did a fantastic job! I also booked a lash lift with Suzette who (after working tediously with my extremely heavy lashes for an entire hour) ended up taking the lash lift off my bill because my lashes didn't end up lifting much (I have unusually long and dense eyelashes); she told me she was ordering a new rod that would skirt the issue we had and would let me know when it comes in. My custom facial with Suzette was nothing short of restorative. After the long COVID-19 season of isolation, Suzette's soothing voice and gentle touch, along with her easy-going style, were just right for lending solace to the longing for return to stress- reduced equanimity. What a wonderful treat!

I went in today and saw Amy. She was fantastic! I didn't expect a miracle because I've definitely hurt myself. But my neck and shoulder feel much better! I'll definitely be rebooking with her! Thank you, Amy!
