I'm new to the scene of eye care but as a 45 yo it was time. I had already dipped into over-the-counter reading glasses for about 2 years before I decided to haul myself in to see what all the fuss was about (because from my personal experience knowing those with prescription glasses...something is always going on about and I don't wanna join that club, however seeing clearly means more. I was put into the expert care of Optometrist Harpin (end of March 2024) and felt that my eyes were in good healing hands with him, that he understood my struggles and could relate to them as well. II pick up bifocals in a couple of weeks and happy I got that 1st appointment over with.

We had the best experience with the entire staff at My Eye Dr. Dr Harpin was able to make accommodations for our unique needs in such a timely manner. The entire staff went above and beyond to make sure our son was taken care of! He left with a huge smile on his face and I left with confidence knowing he was genuinely cared for. Could not recommend them enough! Will be switching all of our families future eye care needs to them.

They were really nice and patient with me as I was frantic and scattered with my toddler in tow for my appointment. I hadnt understood the specifics of my insurance policy and ended up paying way more than I was expecting. When I called them after my appointment they were able to help me get a different contact brand on my prescription that met the insurance specifications and revise the bill to my insurance so that I wouldn't have to pay so much out of pocket, and they were working on that 45 min after closing which I so appreciate. It took such a load off of my shoulders to have that resolved so quickly.
