Mary the general manager is truly sooooo amazing! Not only is she extremely knowledgeable on absolutely everything, but has great customer service, and walk you through everything! She’s patient and you can tell. She truly wants the best for you. If you don’t get to meet her, you’re definitely missing out, also you’re missing out on her cute nails!
so happy i came here! this was my first visit purchasing new glasses here and my experience couldn’t have been smoother.. in & out within 15 mins. thanks to claoriz (sorry if i’m spelling it wrong) she was really sweet and helped me pick glasses that fit me ☺️
Mary Stringfellow the GM was so nice and helpful. She broke down everything for me when I was purchasing glasses. I usually goto the Fredericksburg location but with her professionalism… I’ll be back at the Charlottesville location!
