I have dealt with many real estate agents over the years, but Penny Chrissomallis was absolutely the VERY BEST!! She is the consummate professional with years of experience selling homes in Maryland. When I was ready to list a property for sale in Maryland, I contacted several agents to preview the recently remodeled property and give me a competitive market analysis (CMA) and marketing plan to sell the house. After the agent previews, Penny was the only agent that actually gave me feedback for things she noticed during her preview that needed my immediate attention before the house was listed, including some code requirements and repairs. Update on my last review of Sampson Properties. Since Bernie Kagan retired a few years ago I recommend Mary Williams also with Sampson Properties (Realtor) for all your selling, buying and rental needs. Mary is very pleasant to work with and and dedicated to all real estate needs.
