Honestly this was one of the worst nail places I’ve been to in a long time. The massage portion for the manicure and pedicure literally lasted all of 20 seconds. The girl that did my nails was way too rough with my nail beds and made me bleed on 2 fingers, one of them she stabbed was extremely painful and still hurts the following day. I asked the Asian lady at the front to do some pretty simple nail art by hand that I brought a photo of, but she instead pushed me into doing some (cheap looking) nail stickers instead. The best SNS manicure I've ever gotten in Roanoke. They take their time and do it right. Clean and relaxing space. 4 weeks later and I'm home again for the holidays hoping I can get them re-done here before I leave. Honestly the manicure could probably last another week, but I was just so happy about this one... willing to refresh early.

Called ahead to reserve spots for 3 gel mani/pedis. The pedicures were alright for 2/3 of us but less than an hour later, the polish on my friend's toe was smudged and messed up. When it came to the manicures, each of us had some issue. It got decently busy right after we started our manicures and that's when the attention to detail stopped and we were rushed through the process. One of the workers made my friend bleed on 4 separate fingers due to cutting the cuticle too close which really wrecked the whole "relaxation" vibe.
