Shannon is the manager of this shop. She has given me a spiral perm twice in the last year. I always ask for her. She is prompt and courteous. Love the perms she has given. I made appointment and was done with 2 hours. My hair is healthier after she has cut and permed. Highly recommend this shop. All people there are so friendly.

Shannon did a fantastic job on my hair today! She did exactly what I wanted. She fixed my oops moment I did on my own to get the orange and brassiness out. She then gave me a balayage/highlights for a nice spring and summer look.Services: Haircut

I recently started coming to cost cutters when I first moved down here. I have always come to cost cutters sense. Mel has always been open to taking walk-ins and has always done a fantastic job coloring and cutting my hair. This is for sure my go to place!Services: Haircut
