First, i want to say that i had seven. SEVEN different plumbers come out and try to fix what was broken. A few didn't see anything, and some didn't have the right equipment. So Herman W. Allen sent out John Finch who is a MASTER plumber. He told me exactly what was wrong and how to fix it and how HE was going to fix it. They did a phenomenal job!!
Stop looking. These are the guys that you've been looking for. Fast, friendly, professional and with the experience and resources to diagnose and fix any issues that you may have. I ended up needing to replace my entire sewer line. Robert diagnosed the problem on the first day, Kevin came out and confirmed Roberts diagnosis and scheduled me. Preston came out and had me up and running the very next day. I would not/will not EVER call anyone else. I went from a nightmare situation to full satisfaction. You will too!
