The company contacted me and apologized for the lack of service, which I really appreciated and let me know that it was not up to their standards. The issue was resolved and I appreciate them being proactive.

After making several calls regarding my Islandaire HVAC system to several companies. I finally got help from Chris & Greg at DM. Supply issues caused many delays in the delivery of my replacement units. To help deal with our mutual frustration, Greg setup a temporary fix, so I had A/C during the hot months of the Summer. Finally, when my unit was ready for install, they worked with my schedule and got unit put in in under 30 minutes. I definitely recommend DM select.
