Highly recommend Xiomara! Just had my third cut and color (highlights) with her and am thrilled, especially with the color. I'm a natural blond but at 40, the color isn't exactly fresh (or totally blond) on it's own. Not only do I love the natural looking outcome on my hair, Xiomara has a very soothing manner and never makes me feel rushed or like I'm just another warm body in the chair. Go see her now!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the folks at Anne Welsh. I had a stylist at another salon that I’ve been seeing for the last seven years since I moved to the DC area but I recently moved and was looking for something a bit closer. Anne Welsh was close and has been a staple in the neighborhood for decades so I decided to check it out. First of all, the property and salon itself is so beautifully maintained. You instantly feel like you’re at a charming, yet unpretentious neighborhood salon where you can relax.
