I loved having the Ashcrafts at Spettro L.L.C. do the remodeling of my 100 year old home. They fixed the sinking foundation, gutted and re-did a brand new kitchen, new bathroom, fixed a squeaking floor, new LVP flooring, fixed old cracked plaster and lath, put in walls to make bedrooms upstairs, and plumbed for a 1/2 bath upstairs. Not to mention new plumbing, new HVAC system, new wiring, and upgraded the electric box into the house. They do it all. They are very kind and patient and pleasant to work with. Their prices are reasonable - they are honest and hard working. You will not find kinder contractors. They want to do it right for you.
