when we had a problem with no/low water pressure at our home, we called Harris-Dudley because of their good reviews. We’re so glad we did because our problem was diagnosed and resolved by Nathan, who was so thorough as he worked - explaining what was wrong, what he would do to fix it, and what we’d need to be aware of with our current plumbing system. In our case, we had a bad water pressure regulator. Nathan was great, and I feel like not only did he provide a great service, but I felt we got a good value too. I wholeheartedly recommend Harris-Dudley. Thanks, Nathan!

Harris-Dudley was recommended to us for a heated driveway, snowmelt system we put in with a new driveway in 2015. We selected Harris-Dudley after having several bids done as they seemed -- by far -- the most knowledgeable of those that bid, references were excellent and their bid was competitive. Customer service (5 out of 5) -- outstanding from start to finish. Responsive, consistently on time and on kept us informed throughout. The project was completed in the spring of 2015, so we were surprised in Nov 2015 on the morning of the first significant snow to get a call from Harris-Dudley to check on how well the system was working.
