We stopped in to the Spaghetti Factory on Sunday night after spending the day doing graduation pictures with my son. After we had a nice dinner we came out to the parking garage that our car had been vandalized and broken into. There is a camera right above where our car was parked so we of course asked to see the footage and were told that they needed permission from the property manager and to call her on Monday. I have called and left multiple messages for miss Mandy and yet still have not heard back from her. What kind of business manager treats people who were victimized at her place of business like the criminal? I have not even received the courtesy of a call back?... read full review

COMPLETE SCAM!!! THEY CHARGED MY CARD AND CANCELLED TWICE ON ME WHEN I HAD AN APPT!!!

Bad customer service, poor listening skills. I called and explained in detail my issue to a flat, uninterested man who then cut me off to ask some questions. Okay.. Name, zip code, and then..... "What's the problem?" Seriously? If you can't even listen to me when I'm telling you the issue, how can I trust that you'll be able to fix what I need you to? If I'm already having problems communicating with you, I doubt very much that I'll feel comfortable moving ahead. It doesn't take much to be nice and professional on the phone, guys, even if you're faking it. At least pretend to listen.
