I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Sam Richey for his exceptional care and dedication. Despite the fact that it was the first half of Super Bowl LVII 2023, Dr. Richey selflessly sacrificed his personal time and family commitments to perform an emergency extraction on my severely affected teeth.
I am profoundly indebted to Dr. Richey for his compassionate and prompt attention to my dental emergency. Four days prior, he had already accommodated me with a "same-day appointment" for a root canal procedure in an effort to preserve the affected tooth. Dr. Richey and staff are all wonderful to work with and I feel very taken care of every time I go. I receive easy-to-understand explanations of everything from specific teeth issues to insurance coverage. They even replaced a retainer and the process was seamless. I recommend Lighthouse to everyone!
I have gone to Dr. Richey for 20+ years. I’m now considered a “senior citizen”. In all those years I’ve received stellar service that I trust without question. Most recently I required an implant and anticipated lots of pain. His procedure was pain free and I had no complications. I trust Dr. Richey and know what he recommends is what I need to have done.
