I was blown away by the service the store manager Michelle Bellone gave me. I needed help finding discontinued stock to repair some flooring (the cause of the flooring repair wasn’t due to quality of floor, it was due to an accident). She took my call, reviewed my purchase history to find the needed SKU, tracked down old stock in California and Arizona, called me back, then got the shipping process worked out for me. Wow, thanks Michelle! Hope LL takes notice :)

LL Flooring was wonderful to work with! From my first phone call to schedule my project measure, to going into the store to select and purchase my product; their customer service was heads and shoulders above all the rest. I selected the Bourbon Barrel Oak vinyl plank flooring and it is beautiful!! I took advantage of their promotional financing, which was very easy to qualify for and I opted for their installation service as well.I cannot say enough great things about the fantastic experience I had with the flooring installer that LL Flooring recommended!
