Trudee is truly the best, all of the reviews are right. She welcomed me into the class and got to know me as well as tailored the session to help my physical needs. Spending the rest of the day with the Spa pass really made it the best way to start the new year. Thank you so much Trudee!
What a great private yoga session we had with Trudee! We definitely recommend this studio and especially Trudee. We had a pregnant person in our group and also someone with a knee injury and everyone felt accommodated. We will be back for more!!!
