“This heated yoga studio has it all... community, 26+2 (formerly Bikram), Advanced classes, Vinyasa, Yin, Yinyasa, Ashtanga and specialty classes. Some classes like Vinyasa are heavily attended by many regulars. The teachers and excellent and friendly. They give helpful tips! The studio is located over the Grounds for Coffee shop. The design of the studio is generously graced with stones, plants, crystals and good vibes. It's a great place to go!!“

“Love the saunas, be able to detox my body and workout at the same time, the red light is awesome to rejuvenate my skin looking 10 yrs younger, the massage chair is relaxing and helps my muscles relax after a hard day and workout, and above all the staff are AMAZING and friendly. “It's a nice, clean place. My only issue is that appointments are not required. I booked a UV session today, got there, and someone had just started a 12 minute session. I sat down and booked the next slot, which was open. While waiting, another lady came in and sat down. The attendant asked if we needed anything and she replied that she was waiting for the UV bed. She couldn't have booked her appointment because I had just taken that slot. People need to be able to plan out their schedules, which is hard to do when others are being inconsiderate. Appointments should be required in my opinion.“
