This heated yoga studio has it all... community, 26+2 (formerly Bikram), Advanced classes, Vinyasa, Yin, Yinyasa, Ashtanga and specialty classes. Some classes like Vinyasa are heavily attended by many regulars. The teachers and excellent and friendly. They give helpful tips! The studio is located over the Grounds for Coffee shop. The design of the studio is generously graced with stones, plants, crystals and good vibes. It's a great place to go!!

This is my first hot yoga practice in Ogden after moving from the East Coast. Maddie greeted me with a smile and gave me a tour of the space. Lilli taught a challenging and accessible 26 + 2 and cares greatly for her newer students. I am looking forward to practicing with this community.
