“I've gotta tell you-boarding school is one of the best decisions we've ever made. We loved Otto pre-Dream dog but man! our relationships with him have vastly improved. As his relationship with our older dog Kiko has as well. It's so nice to be able to snuggle and get close to him without all the squirmy-ness of an energetic puppy. He's so good at sitting and staying, putting himself in time out. Being bored. Listening. He's even more adorable than ever and we didn't think that was possible!!

We took him to our property in Idaho over the weekend. He was such a good boy!! He even jumped into the lake, and watching his sister started to swim. We didn't freak out bc we had him on the long blue leash.

It seems like we are set up for success with the tools and processes that Otto has in place.

“Prince loves Puppy Lounge! Everyone here is so nice and they know and remember all the dogs. They keep you updated and they really care for your puppy. I just wish they had a better camera and more cameras to watch your puppy, but I still would definitely recommend this place for your small dog.“

“This is our second round of training with Johanna! Our Bullmastiff Abbi is different from our previous dogs, and we knew Johanna would be able to help us. We reached out and were in excellent hands! Johanna was able to redirect our training efforts, majority of sessions were held virtually and supported with videos of us training Abbi. We will keep using Johanna no matter where life takes us. Her love and compassion for our puppy, and us, come through in every interaction. We are in a much better place and understanding of Abbi after working with Johanna!“

“Really great. Alex is super approachable and knowledgeable, and knows how to train us the owners, not just our pup. Our highly spun collie mix is now much more calm and engaged with us. In 4 semi-private lessons we learned many basic but essential commands. The most important thing is we learned how their brain works, and the building blocks or sequences of training which unlocked the tools to teach our dog new stuff beyond the trainings sessions. Steven is super nice, helpful, and knowledgeable as well. They really care about you and your dog and couldn’t recommend enough.“

“Thank you, thank you, Alta Vet! Somewhere in the night my car got caught by something and the tip of his tail had no fur on it. Degloved is the term, it's an issue. I got an appt at the closest vet it was a few days out. They saw him and recommended surgery and partial tail amputation estimate was $1000 to $1100, plus the current office visit of $97. (Total $1100 to $1200 bucks) I did go home and call around to other vets to see abt an estimate. I ended up calling four other places between Holiday, Murray and West Jordan. No other place would give an estimate without seeing the cat. I called Alta Vet, I got an estimate (with full disclosure they don't know until they actually see the cat.) The gal who answered the phone actually knew and was familiar with animals. The office visit was as less than the other five vets I'd called around to. It's a smaller vet hospital with two exam rooms. Dr. L has a good 'ol boy vibe, friendly but practical. He asked me questions about my cat, his habits explained the risks of surgery and gave me two options. We tried option A. Yes, the cost was less but for Option B, the tail amputation the overall surgery would have been $300 dollars less, then the first vet. Option A is working out just fine, the cat is happily doing whatever he likes. Alta vet called to check up on us a few days later. They give just what you think you should get knowledgeable staff, and care for your animal. I will call them first next time!“

“We had an excellent experience with this business. We were visiting from out of state for a funeral, so we needed daycare. Even though the service we needed wasn't technically available, the owner seemed concerned for the care of our dog and made an exception. She took on the responsibility herself to care for our baby, who isn't used to daycare or kennels. She really helped our stress level during a challenging time.
All the staff seemed very nice and we picked up our happy healthy dog when we were done.
