Scott will not respond or call you back. He comes across rude and is not honest on the delivery time of your product. Clearly he doesn't want to do his job and could care less how it affects you. DON'T do business with this company or guy.

I bought some carpet from Scott to redo a bedroom. The price was great, the scheduled date for the installers was just a couple of days. The installers came at the promised time, they were professional, quick, clean, did not left any mess what-so-ever. I will definitely use this company again.

We have been in contact with Scott since April 2021 to get a warranty request on our flooring done. He responds 50% of the time and has yet to commit to a time to get it done. We needed two things fixed, he had someone come by and fix one thing after 4 months of asking and now we are waiting on the second half of our request. He said yesterday if we want to schedule it we would have to pay for the repair but if we want it to be covered as a warranty claim he will just let us know when someone is in the area. So here we are month 5 of waiting. Very poor business skills. We are forced to give a one star review or else it would be zero stars..
