I don’t ever write bad reviews but this time I’m furious. As a first customer with this agency . I had a bad experience with this company my appointment was canceled 5 times. Just a side note I had to Venmo $100 so they could start working on my taxes. We finally had an appointment so we drove a 40 minute drive. As I was speaking to them they said I would owe more than $4,500 but if I paid them $900 plus the taxes another $350 I would get a refund of $8000 . Something didn’t sound right so we decided to leave . Very shady I asked for my $100 back and they said no “for time they lost”.This place is not professional or business handled professionally. They stood me up several times for appointments, she can't be bothered to send an electronic pdf of taxes when asked, she stated she would fix my taxes after taking longer than I was told to originally do them if I didn't get the house I was trying to get while waiting for her, well of course I didn't get the house in this market, but did Tatiana fix the taxes back at no charge as she said she would? No. Instead she stood me up for my appointment again wasting my gas money, they won't answer the phones or when her assistant finally did she just hung up on me since she doesn't understand English and then I started getting texts saying I would need to pay another $250 to...read full review

First time customer. I had a bad experience with this company my appointment was canceled 3 times. After that, I didn't want to do business with the company and asked for my documents back the reply was " you must give me $60 to get them back" This is not professional or Ethical. This is a form of extortion. I observed clients waiting for 2-3 hours. This is not acceptable and I am very disappointed.
