I had a problem balcony that needed flooring removed, new sub floor put down and then coated and sealed up to prevent further water damage. King Triton Construction did exactly that. They were very friendly, showed up when they said they would and got the job done. I am very happy with the results and will continue to monitor over time that everything stays dry where it should be.

They were awesome, they cared about my home and protecting it. Cleaned up everything after and insured with me exactly what I had in visioned. I had chosen bigger posts for a railing which was on showroom floor not knowing there were smaller ones. Balcony was not big so talking to installer got what I wanted.

Highly recommend these guys. Kyle is a professional perfectionist. These guys take pride in their work. They fixed a very problematic crack that went right up to my front door. Now it's gone! I love my new front porch! Hailli is the best!
