Framed, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, insulation, drywall, paint, and finishing. We did the flooring ourselves. They had team(s) on site every work day in a coordinated effort to get the job done quickly and with high quality. You hear about contractors who take the money and either don’t show up, or take forever to get the job done, but AMS focused on our basement from start to finish with no gaps in work.
