I am very frustrated about ordering my glasses from Standard Optical back in 04/2024 and it is now the end of august 2024. I keep getting various information but ultimately no one is able to give me a definitive answer about when my glasses will arrive. They say keep calling back every few weeks. I do, most of the time no one answers their phones. at any of the locations I call. My glasses were ordered via the Murray utah location. This is ridiculous as to how long it takes to get them. I do not believe I am the only one who orders transition lenses. Not knowing when my glasses will arrive and it has been just about 5 months now that hey have been on back order. Very unprofessional business and various employees are quite rude when I speak with them on the phone once they do answer. I do not recommend standard optial services to anyone. I have used standard optial for several years now. Arnold

My husband got lasik through standard optical, they offered a great deal during Black Friday, and have been great with care during visits. Staff is friendly and always willing to help! They have a new doctor and so far we really like him!

Had exam, selected frames, added a few options, paid almost $400. Then the wait began. After 6 weeks I just cancelled the order. I'm giving them 1 star just because they didn't hassle me when I asked for a refund. Save yourself from a head ache and go somewhere else.
