They promptly returned my call and scheduled service. Ernesto quickly discovered that tree roots were causing blockage in the broken pipe and explained everything to me. The pipe was repaired in a timely manner and he even sent me pictures of the pipe before and after the repair. I will definitely use them again.Service: Plumbing leak repair

We continue to be impressed with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. They are the only company we use for all of our plumbing needs. We strongly recommend them. Their customer service is top notch, and they stand behind their services. They also installed a whole house water filtration system for us. They even recently repaired our propane fireplace when the fireplace company couldn't fix it. Benjamin Franklin are the ones to call!
