Wouldn't call anyone else. I have used Action Services for 4yrs now and have received the best customer service from Dan and Gerardo. Gerardo walks me through any areas of concern and explains every step of my services. We had a huge and I mean HUGE issue with rats after a neighboring property burned down. I called and text every time I heard a peep, 4am was not unusual... I don't do mice and rats!! Gerardo took my text message and was there at first light. Within 2 weeks the entire problem was solved, daily checks of traps, sealing access points, new insulation blown in our attic and no mess. Awesome job. Dan and Gerardo do great work. They are quick to respond when I call and are thorough, spraying inside and outside the house. A day or so later I began to notice the roaches were dead, or not coming in at all. I highly recommend this company.
