So I come home from work and my apartment is flooded. Nortex was called, and Kody came right out. He went above and beyond to make sure things were good. Did what he needed to do plus some! Helped me move my bed so the floor could dry! Definitely recommend Nortex Restoration
I can't say enough about Heidi AND JD at Nortex. I had a flood and was desperate. Heidi was so calming over the phone and understanding. She seemed to truly want to help me and sent JD out right away AND got me an estimate that day to give to my builder. JD truly knows his stuff and can talk way over anyone's head that is not in the industry, but could also bring it down to my level and explain the options and ramifications for each. I felt great about his knowledge and ability to correctly assess and take care of any of the water issues. He came to do the work once I was sure the house would not flood again in the next rain, and left plenty of dehumidifiers... read full review
