The staff will accommodate you even if you don't speak Spanish, they largely support a Spanish population, but they occasionally support English speakers, the staff could speak both. I don't speak Spanish, and not once that I felt I've been cheated on my wait. This place is usually full on Friday and Saturday. And the wait could take 30 mins. The hair-cutters are very good, you save a at least 5 dollars, while having a good clean cut, something that you might not get in Super-cuts or other mainstream hair-cutting place. I went with my best friend to get his hair cut. It had a pleasant aroma. Clean with plenty of comfortable chairs to wait in. Although fortunately our wait was short, the hairdressers and barbers there were quick and efficient, not to mention curtious. One of the barbers approached us and asked if we were thirsty and handed me a free water bottle. My best friend is really picky about his hair and has been a loyal customer there for 5 years.
