I found Legacy Hairart while visiting Tyler (my hometown) in 2019 & I was in need if hair products only they carry here. I recently moved "home" & needed hair care. Having served in the US Air Force for 24 years, I know finding the right stylist isn't usually a very fun journey (it can be downright frightening!). I struck gold when I chose them!
