We had a Cummins 40KW standby power system professionally installed by BNK Services, and we can't say enough good things about this company. Paul Bryant, and his very knowledgeable employees, did a fantastic job pouring the reinforced concrete slab for the generator base, installing a Cummins 200-amp transfer switch adjacent to our existing electric meter, and they answered my numerous questions along the way. Annual service time for my whole house Generac. Paul was responsive and sent out Johnny to do the service. Great guy and was very responsive as well. Thank you Paul and Johnny! I highly recommend BNK Services for your home generator needs.

Paul is very professional, reasonable, and a pleasure to deal with. He does what he says, a gentleman with integrity that treats his customers with respect.As always, things come up in life and business and my generator maintenance took a back seat to someone who had no power or whose generator quit working. Paul was upfront about any delay. I appreciate a company that takes care of a customer’s emergency first.His service guy was friendly, yet professional. His work was very thorough, and he explained each step. There are some service techs I would not have back working on my equipment, but Paul’s service tech was top notch.
