Please be very specific when you are asking about insurance plans. On my first visit, I paid the $149 for new patient. One of the young girls was trying to get information on my Blue Cross Blue shield Medicare advantage plan. She said she could not get through to the plan. In the meanwhile the other employee was being fired so it was a little hectic that morning. I made an appointment for 2 days later. Met with the chiropractor Dr. Shawn Davis, who wanted to set up a very comprehensive follow-up plan. As I was checking out I was told then my insurance was not accepted. Terrible service, terrible Chiropractic practices, old techniques and machines that are falling apart. Unprofessional and speaks very badly about her patients and employees. Very high turnover rate with patients and employees.
