AirLoom continues to impress! I lost power during both major storms recently, so it was extra miserable when the a/c stopped working. I expected a long wait for an appt, but they offered to fit me in the next day! Price was very fair and the repairs were done in a day. It was such a stressful time for the city, but the team at AirLoom reacted quickly, and kindly to restore my service. A/C is working great. I'm so glad to be a customer of AirLoom Cooling & Heating. I highly recommend this company and their routine maintenance plan.
I had my A/C evaporator go out on my 6 year old house. The first company I called did not honor my warranty… Called AirLoom and spoke with Dave, and within about 20 minutes he looked up my unit, found the warranty and honored it. Once the part arrived Daniel and Dave were prompt to their estimated arrival time and knew exactly how long the repair was going to take. Excellent service, and very kind to deal with. Would definitely recommend their services and will be continuing to use them in the future.
I had a problem with my AC not cooling properly, at about 2 pm today. As soon as he could get here, Daniel from AirLoom Hearing and Cooling came the same day, checked my unit, verified where the weaknesses were and provided assurance that the unit was working properly after verifying all the functions critical for proper cooling. This was a relief for me and helped me to not be worried about having to endure another hot night. Daniel is a first class technician. Sirloin is a first class, world class HVAC company based on my experience today. Thank you very much. ??
