Got lied to about the name of the masseuse. Who does that? Why the name change? Then I was told to come back in an hour to get the same masseuse I had the last time. Fine, I waited an hour and returned, only to be told sorry, that person is not available. Really?! Waste of my time, and I don't live close by. Then I get handed a business card to set up an appt? W.T.H.?! I walked out. Giving 2 stars, only bc the first visit was nothing like this one.
I don’t know if the ownership changed, but I used to go here and have had really good massages before, but today I paid for the foot and body massage for both my husband and I, and only received a body massage. They didn’t even touch the feet.
We were asked to pay ahead, which was fine but they said they would charge extra if we paid with a credit card.
And even while massaging I kept telling the masseuse to not massage my neck and do my hands instead, she acknowledged it but went back to doing what she was doing.
Very dissatisfied with my experience today. I wish they brought back the masseuses they had earlier.
