I can't say enough and don't know where to begin. I was hurt in a work related accident and shattered my pelvis leaving me to have to learn how to walk again after surgery. I have never suffered such a serious and crippling injury in my life and was scared to death when I first arrived at the facility and feeling a bit sorry for myself as well. From the moment I was wheeled into the facility I was immediately embraced with love and care and assured that everything was going to be okay even if I couldn't possibly see how at the time. The staff, doctors, therpy teams were wonderful. The physically was spit/polish clean. I was treated with respect and patients on my physical process. If I really had a big complaint I would be the food service.
I thank you for allowing me to be a patient. It was my second admission to your hospital.
Encompass Health was nothing but phenomenal for my dads care back in 2021. He had some wonderful nurses, doctors and the ladies in the office went the extra mile to get him transferred and admitted. I will forever be grateful that I was able to spend those last days with him. My dad passed away shortly after his stay but his care while at Encompass was nothing but that of the next level care. I have no regrets and would go there for care myself! Thank you for the compassion shown not only to my dad but myself as well.
