New Era did a fantastic job with our carpets and rugs. We had pet stains and odor, especially after the storms. Our dog is terrified of storms, and it showed in our soiled carpets. Not to mention a kitten who went a little mental and marked her territory across the living room carpet! All the stains are gone and there is an huge improvement with the odor! Better than expected and as for pet odors it's is as good as it can get with any house that has a couple of pets in the house! He was quick, professional, and thorough! We will definitely use him again!
Charles arrived exactly on time and cleaned the carpets and rugs, treating affected areas for puppy urine as needed. He was in and out promptly. As I asked him about stretching the carpet in certain areas, he explained to me exactly what that would entail, and why it would need to be performed in a specific way. Given the upfront preparation needed for that (moving large/bulky furniture), I've postponed it for the time being, but will be scheduling carpet stretching soon. Can't recommend highly enough. Charles has done work for us multiple times. We have had carpets and furniture cleaned. He does amazing tile work. He is prompt, friendly and professional. Charles is knowledge about his craft and is quick to answer questions and make suggestions if you ask for them. I highly recommend New Era. They are top notch.
