I’ve always like this office but it is obvious things have changed. I received a text early in the day saying there would be a $35 charge for appointments not canceled 24 hours prior. Ok that’s fine, but I arrive and I am taken to the exam room where I sit for 50 minutes waiting. If I can be charged for canceling an appointment why can’t I charge for having to wait well past my appointment time? I would feel different if I had been told there was a problem but I wasn’t. I feel my time should be valued as a patient also.

I absolutely love this place!!! I was so blessed to find them a year ago. My doctor is Dr Matthew Rosner. He took his time and listened to my concerns. I am always thankful when a doctor actually listens to their patients complaints. He picked out a couple of frames and then I met with the technician who helped me the rest of the way. She was also amazing. They both made the process enjoyable. I purchase these incredibly lightweight frames. Half the time I forget I’m even wearing glasses. Fast forward to a year later. 2 days before my year warranty was up on my glasses I took a hard tumble and landed on my face. Needless to say I broke my beautiful glasses. From the check in to check out Colony Eye Care Center is excellent. Dr. Salchak is the most pleasant doctor and person. Highly recommend booking an appointment with Cplony Eye Care Center.
