After having black hair that was dyed for years and everyone being scared to work on it. I trusted dona Tere the owner of the business to lighten it and I'm so glad I did. It was a process and she worked super hard even stayed late to finish it.She is super determined and Cares about her clients. I would definitely recommend her.
