Response was good initially then the games began. Told me would check schedule but never did. Finally I contacted back almost 2 months later and Tony did not remember so I had him scroll up the text messages. We then were set for Tuesday afternoon. Confirmed the day before and then got a text at 8:09 PM that night his first job was moved to Wednesday and wanted to move it to Wednesday which was not good for me. We then tried Thursday but I had a refrigerator repair so he said would check the schedule and then when I asked about it couple days later said working on it but never heard back. Time waster.

If you’re in need of an amazing tile expert, Old West Restoration is by far the best in all of Houston! I own a small cleaning business and a few of my employees accidentally damaged a client’s tile by using the wrong chemical. After calling our insurance and them telling us they would not cover the accident, we began our search to find a confident person or company who could fix it. Surprisingly, there were a lot of people and big companies who did not know how to repair the tile. I had one company tell me to put dirt on the tile and let it sit for a week and that would work. I cannot say enough about Tony and his crew. They took out ~1500 of tile and hardwood floor. This was the most stubborn tile and hardwood I've ever seen but they were determined to finish it. They were at my house and ready to work at 8am sharp every morning. Even though it was a lot tougher than they expected, they came to work everyday with positive attitudes and determined to finish the job. Like I said, I can't say enough about Tony and his crew. He does lots of building/restoration things. If you need anything done around the house I wouldn't hesitate to call Tony. He will meet and exceed your expectations by far.
