The technicians were polite and punctual. Someone came right away when we needed an adjustment to cover potential rodent entry points around the garage door.
The follow up visits have been thorough. I will recommend the company.
Daniel was friendly and professional. He was very thorough in his inspection, and even though nothing was found, I am relieved that that was the case. He even helped close our chimney flue for us (we’ve never used the fireplace). I am grateful Critter One was able to come out on short notice as well. Thank you!!
Critter one has been a positive experience from the initial visit to sealing the house and setting up the cage in the back. Zach, Jeffery and Robert were all extremely helpful and answered all my questions. Jeffery is an extremely nice guy, he was super patient with all my questions and very knowledgeable. I def recommend this company if you're having any critter issues!
Update- they were able to catch the momma raccoon and rescue her babies! The process has been smooth and stress free
