Always the best service. Luis came out today, on time, analyzed , fixed the problem in 30 minutes. Fair prices. Used Moore AC for years and will continue to call on them in the future.

Needed emergency help with my daughter's furnace on an 11 degree day. Steve responded to my call early in the morning and sent Luis our within an hour. Luis was friendly and knowledgeable. He solved our problem of a bad flame sensor and had the furnace back on within 45 minutes. I just found them on the Dallas BBB website. They did not try to take advantage of our dire predicament. I have a new heat and a/c company in my own backyard.

There are a few trades that you need to make 100% sure your provider is looking out for your best interest. Moore A/C & Heating has been giving our business outstanding service and take time to make sure we are making good decisions with maintance and replacement as our units are get older.I have multiple locations and have confidence that my investments are in good hands with Moore.
