Job abandonment!! Beware of Steve. We hired him to redo the siding on our house in April 2019. He finally started the job in August, completed about 70% of the work, and then never came back. We called and texted him weekly from August until November with very few replies. A few times he said he'd be by but never showed. We finally had to hire another company to finish the job and they pointed out many aspects of his amateur work. Siding is not his forte. But neither is basic dignity.

Steve has quit returning emails and his voicemail is too full to let us leave a message. He has left my house unfinished, not even reinstalling one of the toilets. He hasn’t installed all of the quarter round or the transition pieces between different types of floor. It’s been over 2 weeks since we’ve seen him or heard anything from him. He received a large portion of the payment and hasn’t finished the work. I’m really hoping he will remedy this without us having to take legal action. Steve recently remodeled our master bath as well as several other projects at our recently purchased 1980 home in Lakeway. He does excellent work at a fair price. He is extremely honest and knowledgable. It did take longer than we had hoped but in the end we were very pleased. We would highly recommend him.
