Greg was a great point person. When he gave us our estimate, I really felt like he listened to what we wanted and needed. He didn’t try to sell us on extras. We decided to add changing our ducts and our estimate was great. It took a bit to get the equipment in but I am so happy we went with Mitsubishi equipment. Michael and the subcontractors that worked on our new ducts did a great job, way better than the last folks that replaced ducts. It is very difficult to check the work when you have no idea what it is supposed to look like. We just built a backyard office and chose Truficient HVAC to install a Mitsubishi mini-split system to heat and cool the space. They were easy to work with and were able to fit into our build schedule easily. Professional and clean. Unit works perfectly.
