Victor proactively performed a scope of the pipes that lead to the Dallas main line and identified a serious crack in the 66 year old iron pipe. He provided a sketch of the piping system under my slab and an estimate of the work required to repair the pipe and get it approved by the city inspector. I was very pleased to have all the required work and materials estimate delivered to me by email while Victor was still at my house. I was pleased to know I could arrange for 12 month financing with no interest to make it easy to gather the required funds into my checking account and pay the balance due for all the work over the next 12 months.
