would recommend! I lost 35 pounds using the infrared saunas! It's a 24 hour studio with cameras and other safety provisions! Staff are helpful and are always throwing fun celebratory event for members!

I recently joined the Red Oak location, and love it!! The staff is super amazing!! The owner was great she helped with all My questions and concerns!! I highly recommend checking it out!!!
