He visited our land and talked to us about elevations, trees, water, slab and all of the factors informing the placement of our future home. He explained the process of soil tests, surveys, and what to expect in the custom home building process. Fred Loucks aimed to make home building fun in the design and layout process. The women in the design center shared our excitement as we ran through tile, fixtures, and more. People call home building stressful for a reason. We definitely experienced stress along the way, but everyone at Dunn & Stone were as excited about our home as we were and that imbued a level of confidence and peace that got us to the finish line and one beautiful home. From top to bottom we are impressed with the detail and quality of our home. We’re truly grateful for Chris and the team for building a home that is as safe and sturdy as it is stunning. I went in for both manicure and pedicure. The lady and the guy (Tom) attended to me. They both did a great job, but Tom went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. He is knowledgeable and personable. Great place, great team!
